Due to expansion of our team, we are looking for a new colleague!
As account manager, you act as the connecting link between our clients and temporary workers. You are responsible for actively acquiring new clients (cold acquisition) as well as maintaining existing relationships. You also take care of the recruitment, selection and supervision of temporary employees. In this role, you get a lot of freedom to achieve your commercial goals and determine your own strategy.
Your Profile
* You have an HBO work and thinking level.
* Experience in the temping industry and commercial work experience are a plus.
* Your focus is on achieving commercial results.
* You are proactive, creative and have strong perseverance.
* You have a convincing personality and can work independently.
* You are customer-oriented and have a flexible attitude.
