Powder coating operator

We are seeking a motivated Powder Coating Operator for our client in Tiel. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully coating metal products using advanced powder coating techniques. In addition to performing the coating process, you will play a crucial role in preparing products, such as cleaning, hanging, and retrieving them after the coating process.

What Will You Do?

• Prepare products for the powder coating process, including cleaning and degreasing.
• Carefully hang products on the appropriate hooks to ensure an even coating.
• Monitor and maintain coating equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Retrieve coated products, perform visual inspections, and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Document production and quality data according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and report to the Team Manager on progress and potential areas for improvement.

Working Hours:

You will work in a 2-shift system, which requires flexibility in your working hours to ensure a smooth production process.

• Early Shift: 06:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Friday until 12:30 PM)
• Late Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Friday from 12:15 PM to 5:15 PM)

Your Profile:

• Experience with powder coating techniques and working in a production environment is a plus, but not required.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail to maintain quality standards.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills.
• Physically capable of hanging and moving products.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, and fluent in Dutch and English.
