For our client in the West-Friesland area we are looking for a bus mechanic.
As a bus mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on the vehicle fleet. You ensure that the buses are always in top condition so that passengers can travel safely and comfortably. You will work closely with your colleagues in the workshop and report directly to the workshop manager.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Perform periodic maintenance and inspections on buses.
• Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Repair and replace parts such as engines, brake systems, transmissions, and other mechanical and electrical components.
• Documenting work performed and parts used.
Job Requirements:
• Completed ebat training supplemented by courses in pneumatics, hydraulics and electronics.
• Possession of a NEN 3140 and VCA is an advantage.
• Independent and proactive work attitude.
• Willing to start immediately.
